What to Expect:
During the session, you will lie down on your yoga mat, close your eyes, and relax while listening to a specially curated playlist designed to support the activation process.
How to Prepare:
- No special preparation is necessary, but it’s advisable to eat lightly on the day of the session.
- Access the Zoom link to join the session.
Contraindications:
Please note that this practice is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:
- Heart disease or a history of heart surgery/heart attack
- Pregnancy
- Tachycardia
- Heart attack
- Aneurysm rupture
- Epilepsy
- Recent major physical injuries or surgeries
- High doses of antidepressants
- Mental health conditions such as dissociation, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
On the Day of the Session:
What you’ll need:
- A stable internet connection
- Zoom installed on your laptop, tablet, or phone
- Headphones
- A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
- Position your device’s camera so that I can see your body during the session
How the Session Will Flow:
- Position your yoga mat and camera at least 5 minutes early
- Log in to Zoom at the scheduled time using the link provided
- We’ll begin with a warm welcome and brief introduction
- You’ll lie down, the music will start, and the session will start
At the end, we’ll have time for sharing and closing.
